Foreplay, trained by our very own Mathew Ellerton, was a dual winner at three and competed against the best of his time, finishing on the heels of Fastnet Rock and Alinghi in the Newmarket Handicap. The son of Danehill competed against and beat Group I winners such as Mr Murphy, Casual Pass, Special Harmony, Virage De Fortune, Yell and Valedictum as well as sires Not A Single Doubt and Face Value. Foreplay has only had a dozen to race from his first crop but has already produced DECISION TIME to win the Black Opal Stakes and finish runner-up in this year’s Golden Slipper.
